Yealink RoomPanel E2 is an 8-inch touchscreen meeting room scheduling panel with integrated LED indicators. Designed for wall or passageway installation, RoomPanel E2 enables users to view room calendars, schedule meetings, check in or out, and more. As an Android-based display, it provides a familiar, intuitive interface to support modern workplace collaboration. The touchscreen is fingerprint-resistant and includes ambient light and proximity sensors to automatically adjust brightness and wake when someone approaches.

RoomPanel E2 connects to the network via wired Ethernet or Wi-Fi. RGB LED status lights on the sides clearly show room availability at a glance. It supports both landscape and portrait mounting orientations. Integrated Bluetooth allows communication with compatible room sensors and proximity features. Administrators can manage and monitor the panel remotely through Yealink Management Cloud Server. RoomPanel E2 supports multiple installation methods including surface wall mounting, 2-gang electrical box mounting, mullion mounting, and glass mounting. It can be powered via PoE or the included power adapter.
